Hotspot Brought To You By Garmin.

This episode’s Hotspot is the shallow end of Aeroplane Lake, nestled in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia.

Although we initially checked out a few weedbeds and sand points upon our arrival to the lake, we soon figured that the big, post spawn Pike were still in the shallows.

By casting, retrieving and pausing suspending-jerkbaits, we were able to provoke violent strikes from these gigantic predators.

Of course throughout our full day of fishing we did catch lots of smaller fish however, we were ultimately rewarded with some giant Northerns, making this BC Pike trip a huge success.
