Dr. Sylvain Charlebois – April 20, 2019

Should we be concerned about genetically modified foods? The Federal government just approved a salmon farm in Prince Edward Island that will raise genetically modified salmon for supermarkets in Canada. Dr. Sylvain Charlebois is the “Food Professor”. He’s an award winning author and food scientist, recognized as one of the best. Dr. Charlebois joins Angelo to talk about genetically modified foods including salmon.
