The beauty of this Hotspot is it’s accessible from both water and land.

We were literally watching people fishing from shore catching Smallies!

To get there you can run your rig up from Nackawic, or trailer to Woodstock, launch your boat and go upriver from there.

We used Yo-Zuri suspending Jerkbaits, small Crankbaits, and Twitchbaits for most of our fishing, but pretty much any Smallie bait will work. 

The current is quite swift here so remember to have a full charge on your trolling motor batteries or bring a proper anchor.
