To get to today’s outstanding Carp fishing on we took Highway 401 east from Toronto and then headed north on Peterborough Road 28 at Port Hope. We next turned east on Country Road 2 through the town of Keene, and then turned south on Settler’s Line which took us to the beautiful Elmhirst Resort on Rice Lake.
