Species: Walleye and Pike

This Hotspot is a Walleye and Pike breakline adjacent to a weed edge on North Wabasca Lake in Alberta. Fish will often cruise the drop-off here searching for baitfish.

Try either live bait on jigs or live bait rigs, or artificials like crankbaits, jerkbaits and bucktail jigs. The beauty of a spot like this is one cast will produce a 5 lb Walleye while the next will be a 15 lb Northern—you never truly know.
