Endangered Species Unique to Canada

What better way to celebrate Canada Day then to bring awareness to our uniquely
Canadian wildlife. The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) is an organization
that works to protect the natural areas that sustain Canada’s plants and animals.
Earlier this month, they released a report called ‘Ours to Save’, highlighting
species only found in Canada and the threats they face. Daniel T. Kraus is the
National Conservation Biologist at the NCC. He is one of the co-authors of the
report and joins us with more details.
