Invasive Sea Lamprey

The Great Lakes Fishery Commission (GLFC), is a US/Canadian agency
established to improve and preserve the Great Lakes fishery. The commission
controls invasive sea lamprey, a species that attaches to native fish, feeding on
their blood, usually killing them. Dr. Marc Gaden , Communications Director and
Legislative Liaison for the GLFC, joins us with an update on their lamprey control
program and discusses setbacks due to Covid-19.
